Rees oversees the State Energy Program, the Utah San Rafael Energy Lab, and the Nuclear Institute. She also manages OED's statewide nuclear education and community outreach campaign. Before joining the energy world in 2023, Rees worked at the University of Utah in research, science writing and editing, development, and marketing and communications.
