As described by his mentor, David Dang is bright, hardworking, fast learning, highly motivated and dependable. He has exhibited great passion for food and meat science and has demonstrated excellent capacity for teaching, performing research, and mentoring other graduate and undergraduate students. In addition to his dissertation research, he has taken on several other research projects, resulting in several publications.
