Eric Lee is a doctoral candidate in the Combined Clinical/Counseling Psychology program at Utah State University. He has been a student in Dr. Michael Twohig’s Center for Clinical Research lab for the past four years. Eric is interested? in clinical research related to modern cognitive behavior therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment

Therapy, mechanisms of action that lead to? meaningful improvements in people’s lives, and the use of technology to assist in treatment dissemination. He has a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. He is an active researcher and has published 12 papers in peer reviewed journals and four book chapters. He has contributed to multiple regional and national conferences, presenting a total of eight talks and 23 poster presentations at various conferences. In addition, he has disseminated his research to students and professionals as an invited speaker at USU’s “Mental Health is No Joke Week” and Box Elder School District’s “Employee Health Program” and as a workshop presenter at the Utah Association for Behavioral Analysis Annual Conference and The Center for Clinical Research’s Acceptance and Commitment Therapy workshop. Eric hopes to continue to engage in related research as an academic faculty member in the future.
