Enjie Li

Enjie Li is a doctoral student in the Department of Environment and Society. She specializes in Geographic Information Systems, spatial analysis and modeling. Enjie is interested in 1) water management and governance; and 2) the linkages between urbanization, regional land use changes, and sustainability. Her dissertation focuses on examining the land use dynamics in Utah’s Wasatch Range Metropolitan Area. Enjie received a master’s degree in Bioregional Planning from Utah State University in 2012. Having grown up in China, Enjie has always been fascinated by the rapid urbanization phenomenon there and developed her interests in studying urban growth and its associated environmental impacts.
