Kate Sinnott is an Ecology student advised by Dr. Karin Kettenring in the Department of Watershed Sciences. Her research is on the leading edge of restoration of submerged aquatic vegetation in the Greater Salt Lake area. She has created an aquatic plant pocket guide to help managers, researchers and the public. Kate has also been an ambassador for aquatic plant restoration throughout the state through her numerous presentations at stakeholder meetings.
