Daria Fuell is an accomplished Board Certified Behavior Analyst committed to advancing research and applying evidence-based practices to promote lifelong student success. Her poster summarizing her thesis, “Reactivity on Student On-Task Behavior: An Analysis of On-Task Operational Definitions and Observer Presence,” earned first place at the Utah Association for Behavior Analysis Annual Convention, recognizing its innovative contributions to the field. She also will be presenting her research at the field's most prestigious conference, the Association for Behavior Analysis International 51st Annual Convention in May 2025. Daria has four years of experience working in Cache Valley schools, training teachers on effective behavior management strategies, and two years of clinical experience helping clients gain skills to improve their quality of life. As a peer mentor and teaching assistant, Daria has taught over 900 undergraduate students across two courses. She also has served USU as a Vice President on the USU Student Association (USUSA) and as the elected Graduate Student Representative for the CEHS on the USUSA Graduate Student Council, where she advocated for graduate students' rights. Daria is currently interviewing at four of the top 10 behavior analysis doctorate programs in the country, where she plans to continue conducting research focused on the science of improving individuals' lives.
