As a senior at USU, Tyler Rich has made a profound impact on the campus community through initiatives like founding 'Their Story is Our Story at USU,' a refugee advocacy club, reflecting his deep commitment to lifting others. His leadership as USUSA Clubs Director is helping to boost club engagement. Additionally, his time as a Cohort Leader is giving him the opportunity to support other Huntsman Scholars in their academic pursuits. He is majoring in data analytics, finance, and economics. In his role with ASPIRE (“Advancing Sustainability through Powered Infrastructure for Roadway Electrification”), Tyler's research on public bus electrification directly contributes to the ASPIRE’s mission of catalyzing sustainable transportation. His work, presented at prestigious conferences including the American Marketing Association’s event in Arlington, Virginia, has influenced policy discussions and showcased his expertise in sustainable transportation. Tyler’s engagement with industry professionals nationwide has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in bus electrification, furthering ASPIRE's goals. As he and his wife embark on their journey through life together, their shared commitment to integrity and purpose will continue to drive their endeavors to create a positive impact. Tyler's journey at USU is just the beginning of his lifelong commitment to leveraging his skills for the good of all those around him.
