Jake T. Harrison is an undergraduate research scholar majoring in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Leadership at theJon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. He has previously presented and published research on the effects of narcissistic and humble leadership on employee voice as well as the role of social media and artificial intelligence in human resource functions, such as hiring. He is the president and co-founder of the Huntsman Ph.D. Preparation Association, sits on the Undergraduate Research Advisory Board, and serves as an ambassador to the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Outside of the academic domain, he enjoys playing the guitar, watching Aggie basketball games, and going on Jeep adventures with his wife.
