Evan Earnest

Biography

Dr. Evan Earnest is a Senior Exploration Geologist at Zanskar Geothermal and Minerals in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a subject matter expert in fluid flow through fractured reservoirs. He has a Masters in Structural Geology and a PhD in Hydrogeology. He spent more than a decade as a subject matter expert at Chevron, working on conventional geothermal, enhanced geothermal system (EGS) pilots, carbon mineralization, and fractured hydrocarbon reservoirs. Currently at Zanskar, he leads exploration and drilling projects to build the company’s conventional geothermal and EGS portfolios and bring low-carbon power to the grid.
