Chris Hayter

Biography

Chris Hayter is a founder of Hi Tech Solutions (HTS) and of Fulcrum Point Holdings, where he is building an integrated energy platform that brings together advanced nuclear, geothermal, manufacturing, workforce development, and project delivery to accelerate the deployment of clean energy infrastructure.

Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including Holtec International, Framatome, nuclear utilities, universities, and public-sector partners, Chris is helping to develop the ecosystem required to commercialize advanced energy technologies. His work includes leading the Center for Energy Research and Training (CERT), advancing Utah's Operation Gigawatt initiative, and strengthening the supply chains, workforce, and manufacturing capabilities needed to support the next generation of energy projects.

Under his leadership, HTS has sustained more than 30% annual growth while expanding operations across the United States and into the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Taiwan, and Japan. Chris focuses on connecting industry, government, academia, skilled trades, and private capital to build the partnerships and infrastructure needed to scale advanced energy deployment worldwide.
