The Office of Research is promoting opportunities to help USU's cadre of high-achieving researchers continue their quest for discovery. To promote engagement around societally important research areas affecting Utah, the nation and world, the Office of Research will be hosting a series of Research Summits for researchers wanting to build relationships across campus on these key topic areas.

Expanding Your Research Funding Portfolio

The summit will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Maverick Stadium Champions Club (3rd Floor) and was focused on ideas to expand your research funding portfolio.

A Zoom option was available for faculty who are not based on the Logan campus.

The program featured:

  • A panel of broadly-funded USU faculty
  • Creative strategies for building a broad research funding portfolio
  • Networking opportunities for building research teams and partnerships

The panel members included:
