Utah’s two public research institutions, Utah State University and the University of Utah, will come together to share our undergraduate student work with Utah’s leaders, including private citizens, the media, legislators, and even the governor’s office.
Research on Capitol Hill (ROCH) is an annual celebration of undergraduate research and creative pursuits. Students have the opportunity to show policy-makers how innovative and impactful their research is and how important the state’s support is to continue conducting such exciting work. From projects on drought-tolerant plants to performance anxiety, self-charging car batteries to social media trends, our students will have meaningful conversations with potential for significant impact on the state.
