Workshops
The Office of Research Student Program organizes workshops to help undergraduate researchers develop the meta-professional skills that make for a happy, healthy, productive research career. The series covers four broad topics: general research competencies, career and graduate school preparation, health and wellness, and communication. A rotation of experts are invited to share their knowledge and help students see the bigger picture and build for themselves an environment in which their research can flourish.
Undergraduate Research Fellows and Honors students have first priority for these workshops, but there is always space for more, so if you are not a URF or Honors, still RSVP, and a week prior to the event, we’ll let you know if there is space. All events are held in the Honors Multipurpose Room (LLCA Room #110). Please only indicate that you are coming if you seriously intend to be there!
