April Cooper

Biography

April serves as the Intellectual Property Coordinator of USU’s Technology Transfer Office. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in Asian studies. Prior to joining TTS, she was a paralegal in intellectual property law, specializing in U.S. and international patents and trademarks. She loves working with and being exposed to fascinating and influential new innovations. In her spare time, she enjoys learning about other cultures, traveling, skiing, hiking, reading, and edible landscape gardening.
