- Guarantee of Expenditures Form (This guarantee allows alternative payment terms to be put into place with a guarantee that the Project Director or assigned Academic Dept./Research Center will cover any costs not recovered from the Sponsor in event of default of payment by the Sponsor at no fault of USU.)
- Letter of Guarantee Form (Allows the set up of Index No. prior to receipt of actual reward. Funds for a Ltr. of Guarantee are secured by a Department Account until the receipt of the award.)
- Publication Restriction Form (This document must be completed whenever publication is restricted by the Sponsor.)
- USU Primary Metadata Document (This document is to be completed whenever a Data Management Plan is part of the award package.)
